Do we have to buy devices?
No. Vitality+ works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung, Polar, Oura, WHOOP and more. The V+ ring and band are built natively for Vitality+, for people without a wearable or who want the most complete experience.
What exactly does the organisation see?
Aggregated reports for groups of 30 or more: adoption, participation, rewards budget and team averages for sleep, stress, activity, readiness, BMI and more. No individual data.
Can we run it by country or department?
Yes. Any cohort of 30 or more.
Where is data hosted?
In the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest.
How much of HR's time does it take?
Very little. We have automated as much of HR's work as possible.

The app and sessions: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Danish and Arabic, more on request.
What happens to an employee's data when they leave?
Their account is deactivated from the roster and their data deleted. Devices are factory-reset before any reassignment.
